Amira Good Health Brown Basmati served just right


Amira Good Health Brown Basmati takes a little longer to cook than white rice does;
About 45 minutes, compared to 15 or 20 minutes for white rice.
Prepare a delightful dish of healthy Amira Good Health Brown Basmati using:

                   2 cups Amira Good  first-class   HealthBrown Basmati
v  1 carrot grated,1 bunch of spinach, washed and roughly 
     chopped,1 onion,3 cloves
v  Of minced garlic,1 tbsp pepper powder,, salt to taste
v  5 cups of water or vegetable stock, 2tbsp oil

Heat oil in a pan, add onion and  garlic and fry till translucent .add spinach and grated
Carrot  and sauté for few minutes. Add pepper and salt. once  the raw smell evaporates,
add the Amira first-class  Health Brown Basmati and cook for 15-20 minutes, or
until the water has evaporated  and the rice is cooked. Serve hot with yogurt.

To reheat brown basmati rice, add 2 tablespoons of liquid
for each cup of cooked rice. cover and heat on top of the stove or in the oven
 until heated through(about 5 minutes). In a microwave oven, cover and cook
on HIGH about one minute per cup. fluff it up with a fork and it’s ready to serve.
